About us

One of our guiding principles in Eden is to truly make you feel welcome and truly at home.

Many of our visitors or retreat participants have such fond memories of their time in Eden, during our own retreats or those of other teachers, they lovingly call Eden their spiritual home & family.

We, as founders, but also our team in the kitchen, therapists or maintenance department, are lovingly holding space for your experience of re-connection, healing and transformation. We understand the preciousness and the sacredness of time for nurturing yourself & your unique connection with life. 

May it be during a retreat on your own, with your partner, a dear friend or celebrating a rite of passage such as a marriage ceremony. We are whole-heartedly serving your special time and are truly here for you & your needs. 

Our sanctuary carries the vibration of the ancient times infused with a modern, yet mystic pulse and invites you gently into self-inquiry. Time inside the enchanted walls of Eden seems to work differently, dreams can be closer to the surface and long-awaited healing, happens suddenly magically quick.

We take care of the energetics on the land with devotion and applied wisdom. During the six year-long restoration period we have respected the original ways of building and brought some modern twists through the elements.

WATER

After many years of envisioning, we finally have a pond with fishes and aquatic plants. In April, we will welcome the red and white lotus, as well as the blue water Lilly on the land. We are celebrating this as a delightful addition to the already beautifully meditative atmosphere in the courtyard.

Also our pool area carries the healing vibration of water. Through special filters and big amounts of salt, we can keep the pool free of chlorine and besides that, also fill it with snow melt water instead of town water. 

FIRE

We proudly present our consecrated stone circle. Each stone represents one of the four main cardinal directions. We used original, ancient mill stones and buried under each stone aligned offerings.

East represents the new beginning, the rising sun. The winds of change, the eagle, the condor, the winged messengers of great spirit and our spiritual wings. We offered different bird wings.

South represents the fire of transmutation, transformation and alchemy. The guardians of the snake and the dragons live here. We offered fire ashes and a snake skin.

West represents the element of earth. The wildcats are the guardians here. We offered a wildcat paw we received as a gift and sacred earth.

North represents the healing waters, the ancestors and the medicine of the hummingbird. We are being taught about the beauty way and how to move through life effortless grace. We offered a holy water collection with waters from all over the world.

EARTH

Over the years we have cultivated a magnificent collection of medicinal plants, trees and herbs, that are ongoingly purifying the environment. Besides that we have a growing collection of Cactuses that hold the divine masculine vibration on the land and roses, which hold the sivine feminine vibration. In Eden we are all about cultivating harmonious relationships with ourselves, our relations and with all of Life, May you be supported by the prayers, that we have woven carefully into this land. 

WIND

Through it`s enchanted walled garden, Eden is quiet protected of strong winds, but we mainly work with this element through the purification of smoke. Through smoking sacred Tabacco or smudging with resings, we ongoingly keep the vibration for healing high and inviting.
